From my previous entry, I talked about the problem I had with the second DVD of the season 2 “24” box set. And how quickly Amazon’s customer service response.
Well, the replacement box set has just been delivered to my apartment! All I need to do now is mail the old box set back and the postage is paid for by Amazon. This is what I call customer satisfaction! And if Amazon does not continue to make a profit then that is another injustice in the world.

Well, me too, because I live almost within sight of their headquarters, so a profit for them is good for the neighborhood economy. 🙂
