Should we be surprised?

Although I am shocked by this revelation, I am not surprised by Max Mosley’s behaviour as the head of FIA after this week FIA hearing with the seven Michelin teams. Nor am I surprised by Michael Schumancher’s refusal on criticising Max Mosley.
