Rainbow Six

So the games had arrived yesterday, finally! What I thought was just a game pack of Rainbow Six and Rainbow Six: Eagle Watch, turns out to be both of those plus Rogue Spear, Rogue Spear: Urban Operations, Rainbow Six: Covert Ops, Rainbox Six: Covert Ops Essentials, and a strategy guidebook! Pretty good bargain for $40!

And I was reminded of how difficult the game was (and is), only completing two missions after spending nearly four hours last night. I could easily finish more missions with some team members killed but I am perfectionist and thus I don’t finish a mission unless it it is perfectly executed.

No price in guessing what game I will be playing this weekend…

Nostalgia

So I ordered the Rainbow Six Collector’s Edition from Amazon. When R6 first came out I loved that game, along with the mission pack. Then Rogue Spear came along and I couldn’t even get past the third(?) mission where I had to rescue hostages from the top of the Big Bang! May be this time I will have more luck or skill?

Tower's cleared

authenticgeek points me to Orbiter, a free space flight simulator. Ever since the space flight simulator released way back in the 90’s I’ve always meant to get it and try my hands on space flight. Now I can! And the system requirement is pretty reasonable and the game should be playable even on my old PC laptop.

Penguin clubbing

Can this be more addictive? I can’t seem to hit the penguin further than 491 meters(?)/feet(?)!!!

Update: 586.4 is the furthest I have done so far.
