Da-Ja-Vu

After reading just under 1/6 of my way into the book, Extreme Programming Refactored: The Case Against XP, it was already like reading the story of my project for the last 12 months!

I wish I discovered this book at the beginning of this year so my project did not run into all the (apparently well known) pitfalls!

It still amazes me how we, as the whole team, are still doing damage control 6 months after spending only less than 4 months in XP model.

Amazon deserves to make a profit

From my previous entry, I talked about the problem I had with the second DVD of the season 2 “24” box set. And how quickly Amazon’s customer service response.

Well, the replacement box set has just been delivered to my apartment! All I need to do now is mail the old box set back and the postage is paid for by Amazon. This is what I call customer satisfaction! And if Amazon does not continue to make a profit then that is another injustice in the world.
