'ER' Soundtrack – Cont.

A few visitors have mentioned that the soundtrack I am looking for is the “Over The Rainbow” sung by Israel “IZ” Kamakawiwo’ole.

Unfortunately that is not that the soundtrack I am seeking. The one in question is instrumental and was not played at the end of the episode. Rather it was played somewhere in the middle or around 3/4 mark. Thank you for the suggestions though.

I will just have to keep on looking…

Enterprise theme song changes

Is it only me who doesn’t like the new style of the theme song for Star Trek: Enterprise? I think it is too lighthearted and not uplifting enough. I always have a lump in my throats whenever I watch the old version. Now, it is just comical. Why, oh why, did Rick Berman and Brannon Braga change the song?

Such a pain in the ass but I got to do it

Scanning photos using a film scanner is such a pain in the ass. It is time consuming, consists of sporadic activity (preview, wait, scan, wait, repeat), and there are always so many photos to scan. Well the last complain is partly my fault for not taking the ‘divide and conquer’ approach. I always took so many photos on every vacation that it would be a miracle not to end up with minimum of ten rolls of 36 exposures films.

But I’ve promised myself that I should get the best of our honeymoon photos online before our one year anniversary. So I’ve finally started on those photos today and hoping to get one roll done per night. See you in a week…

'ER' soundtrack

This has been bugging me for awhile now. On and off for the last year or so, whenever I remembered the ER episode where Dr. Greene die in Hawaii I always wanted to know one of the soundtrack that was used in the episode. The instrumental soundtrack in question was played during the kind of quiet section at the end where there weren’t any dialogs.

I’ve tried searching the web but have not been able to find it yet. So if anyone know, please email me the track name and the artist.

Safari wins in the end

After using OmniWeb 4.5 for awhile, I finally went back to Safari tonight. OmniWeb has nice features such as ad blocking and nice small fonts handling but it is not as fast as Safari, has no tab, and does not have integrated keychain support. This last missing feature is major contributing factor in my switching back to Safari. I am tired of typing in username and password every day.
