All I can say about KTV is that it rocks! I can get semi-real time data, TV commentary, my choice of in car camera, and pit radio that most TV channels won't broadcast!

It costs $80 a day or $120 for the whole weekend. I went for the whole weekend deal because how often do I go to a Grand Prix?

Productive Friday

Accomplishment of the day:

Went to the gym
Drop clothes to dry-cleaner
Got haircut
Visited chiropractor
Arranged dim-sum lunch with cousin and his girlfriend
Edited ThoughtWorks podcast using GarageBand for the very first time
Caught up with lots of outstanding podcasts
Updated my iPhone code to beta 5 SDK's new API
Watched Turkish F1 GP Friday practice
Watched two days of Daily Show & Colbert Report from two weeks ago!
Read last week Autosport

Dev Chair : iPhone SDK experience – Download Squad

The iPhone SDK has been out for couple of weeks now and I’ve been using it to develop an application for my work as a technology demonstrator. My experience thus far has been largely positive. I wasn’t surprised by how well-made the SDK is, even at this beta stage. The amount of work involved in releasing any SDK, let alone one that is so tightly scrutinized, cannot be underestimated.Consider that I am learning three new things simultaneously: programming in Objective-C, learning how to use Xcode, and what is available in the iPhone SDK, I am going to describe the whole experience instead of just confined to the SDK…
